An example with invented people. Your list, order and rules are agreed at setup.

From the call-off to a covered shift.

Your people, your order, your rules. Cora does the dialling.

  1. She takes the call

Gets the shift, the site, the start time.

  2. She rings your list

Your order. No answer? She texts, moves on.

  3. She closes the loop (Covered)

Client told it’s covered. No yes? Your team.

Built for the call that comes in at 5am.

  • Call-offs at 5am

Answered in your hours, before the office opens.

  • Your order, not hers

Who gets the shift is your rule, never her judgement.

  • The dialling is hers

One gap, a dozen calls, none of them yours.

  • Says she’s an AI

Every time. Stops when asked. Every call transcribed.

Filling shifts, answered.

What does Cora do when a shift opens up?

She takes the call, whether it is a client ringing with a gap or a worker calling off, and gets the details: which shift, which site, what time. Then she calls the people on your list, in the order you set, until someone says yes, and lets the client or the site know it is covered. If the list runs out before the shift is filled, the gap comes back to your team rather than sitting open.

Does Cora decide who gets the shift?

No. She works from your list, in your order, with the rules agreed when we set it up with you. Choosing people is your call; making the calls is hers.

Will the people she calls know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Cora says she is an AI assistant at the start of every call. If someone asks her to stop calling, she stops, and every call is transcribed so your team can read exactly what was said.

Which plan includes it?

Operations is included in Scale and set up with our team. The plans below it do not include Operations, and on Enterprise it is available by agreement.

How does setup work?

It starts with a call. We go through how shifts and call-offs reach you today, who is on your list and in what order, and what Cora should say. Then we set up the number, the list and the rules with you. It is not something you switch on in the app.

Does it connect to our scheduling system?

Not out of the box, and we will not promise an integration we have not built. How your shifts and your list reach Cora is agreed when we set it up: tell us what you use today and we work out the simplest route with you.
