What kinds of documents can Cora chase?
Whatever your team is chasing by phone today: licences and certificates, signed timesheets, onboarding forms, missing details. We agree the list, and what Cora says about each item, with you when we set it up.
Does Cora check the documents?
No. Her job is getting people to send what is missing: a call to explain what is needed, a text if they do not pick up, and reminders until it is sent. Whether a licence or certificate is valid is still your team's call, and she will not tell anyone that it is.
How do the documents get back to us?
The way they do today, whether that is an email address, your office or a form you already use. We agree the route when we set it up with you; Cora points people to it and follows up on the schedule you set.
Will the people she calls know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Cora says she is an AI assistant at the start of every call. If someone asks her to stop calling, she stops, and every call is transcribed so your team can read exactly what was said.
Which plan includes it?
Operations is included in Scale and set up with our team. The plans below it do not include Operations, and on Enterprise it is available by agreement.
How does setup work?
It starts with a call. We go through what goes missing, who you chase and how often, and what Cora should say. Then we set up the number, the list and the rules with you. It is not something you switch on in the app.
