/ Operations for Shift Confirmations

Tomorrow’s shifts, confirmed tonight.

The evening before, Cora calls everyone on tomorrow’s schedule to check they’re still coming, and rings your list to cover anyone who can’t.

  • Included in Scale
  • Set up with our team

Find the gap at 7pm, not at the start of the shift.

Every shift covered

An example with invented people. When she calls, what she says and who covers are set up with you.

From tomorrow’s schedule to a full shift.

  1. Evening calls

Everyone on tomorrow’s schedule, at the time you choose.

  2. Gaps flagged

Every answer noted. No pick-up gets a text.

  3. Backfilled before the shift (Shift covered)

Your list, in your order. Then she tells you.

Built for the evening round of calls.

  • Hear it tonight

Not at the gate, where a no-show is a scramble.

  • Everyone, every evening

Not just new starters. Nobody on your team dials.

  • Your list, your order

Who gets the shift is your rule, never hers.

  • Says she’s an AI

At the start of every call.

  • Stops when asked

She stops calling anyone who asks.

  • Every call transcribed

    Read exactly what was said.

Confirming shifts, answered.

When does Cora make the confirmation calls?

At the time you choose, usually the evening before. We agree the window, and the hours she must not call in, when we set it up with you.

What happens when someone can't make it?

She thanks them, notes it, and, if you have asked her to, works your list in your order until the shift is covered, then tells you what changed. If nobody can take it, the gap comes back to your team that evening instead of at the start of the shift.

What if someone doesn't pick up?

She sends a text with the shift details and asks them to reply, and tries again within the hours you set. Anyone she still cannot reach is flagged to your team, so an unconfirmed shift never looks like a confirmed one.

Will the people she calls know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Cora says she is an AI assistant at the start of every call. If someone asks her to stop calling, she stops, and every call is transcribed so your team can read exactly what was said.

Which plan includes it?

Operations is included in Scale and set up with our team. The plans below it do not include Operations, and on Enterprise it is available by agreement.

How does tomorrow's schedule reach Cora?

That is agreed when we set it up with you, starting from what you use today. We will not promise an integration we have not built. It starts with a call, it is not something you switch on in the app.

Tell us how tomorrow’s schedule looks.

It starts with a short call about three things.

  • Who works when
  • When to call
  • Who covers
