You did the work. Now get paid for it.
Nobody wants to chase an account they still want to keep, so it quietly ages at 30, 60, 90 days. Cora makes that call for you — politely — and sends a secure payment link they pay after the call.
Nobody wants to make the call.
So the work drifts right, and the client you still want to keep owes you for three months of it.
An illustrative book, not customer data. It shows what changes when every account gets a call at 30 days instead of the loudest one getting a call at 90 — not a recovery rate, which depends on your clients, not on us.
From aged invoice to paid, without the awkward call.
Three steps, no rebuild and no migration.
Connect your invoices
Stripe takes a minute with a read-only key. QuickBooks, Xero or your own system, we connect with you on a short call.
Cora makes the call you keep postponing
Polite, never pushy, and never a threat. She asks what is holding the invoice up and handles the usual answers — missing PO, wrong contact, stuck in approval.
Paid, without spending the relationship
A secure link to your own payment provider, sent on the call and paid right after it. Anything delicate comes back to you as a transcript instead of an escalation.
Built for firms whose client is also their debtor.
The client is still the client
Cora is a neutral third voice asking a reasonable question. That is a very different conversation from a partner having to chase a relationship they want to keep.
Same call, every account
No account gets skipped because it felt awkward this week. She works the list on a schedule, at 30 days, while it is still an easy conversation.
You see everything she said
Every call transcribed, every outcome logged, every promise-to-pay followed up on the date they gave. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
The limits are in code, not in a policy
She says she is an AI, never asks for a card number, never threatens, and stops for good when asked. Checked before a call is placed, not audited afterwards.
Getting paid, answered.
Will chasing an invoice cost me the client?
That fear is the reason the invoice is 60 days old, and it is worth taking seriously. But the thing that actually strains a relationship is a partner going quiet for two months and then sending a stiff email about legal action. Cora calls early and calls politely: she says who she is calling for, states the invoice and the amount, asks what is holding it up, and offers a way to pay right now. She is never threatening, she takes no for an answer, and she stops permanently the moment someone asks. Nobody on your team has to be the one who made the awkward call — which in practice means the call gets made at all.
Which billing systems can Cora actually read?
Stripe is connected today: you paste a read-only restricted key and Cora can see which invoices are open and how far past due they are. QuickBooks, Xero, Chargebee and the rest are not live self-serve integrations yet — if that is where your invoices live, tell us which system you use and we set it up with you on a short call. A spreadsheet works from day one either way. On the contacts side, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive connect directly, so Cora knows who to ring, not just what is owed.
Is this debt collection?
No. Cora calls your own clients about your own invoices, on your behalf, which is first-party accounts receivable rather than third-party debt collection — a meaningful legal distinction in most jurisdictions. She also enforces call-frequency caps, a weekday calling window you set, and an immediate hard stop when someone asks not to be called again, in code rather than in a policy document, and every call is transcribed and logged. We are not your lawyers: if you operate somewhere with specific rules on contacting payers, confirm your setup with counsel before going live.
Does Cora take card or bank details over the phone?
Never, and that is deliberate. Cora does not ask for, hear or store a card number. She sends a secure payment link to your own payment provider while she is still on the call, and your client pays after it in the same checkout they would have used anyway. The money lands in your account — it never passes through Cora. Card data never touches our systems, so your PCI scope does not move.
Will my client know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. Cora discloses that she is an AI assistant at the start of every call. That is what the EU AI Act requires and it is also what an honest conversation looks like — a client who finds out afterwards is a far bigger relationship problem than one who was told up front. In practice most people just want the invoice sorted, and a patient caller who can pull up the amount, answer the question and send a payment link on the spot is welcome.
What does it cost to try it on our own receivables?
Connecting your sources, syncing your invoices and seeing your full overdue list with the total outstanding is free and unlimited — that is your own data and we do not hold it hostage. On top of that you get ten overdue accounts actually worked for free, once: called, conversation handled, payment link sent. No credit card is required to start; you do need a work email address, because the allowance is shared across your company rather than per signup. After that it is a subscription.
Stop lending your clients money for free.
See everything that is overdue, and let Cora work ten accounts free. No card, and the money goes straight to your own account.
