Questions About Operations.

What does Cora Operations do?

She answers the calls coming into your company, works out what needs doing, and makes the calls that follow until it is done. A client rings with a shift to fill: Cora takes the call, rings the people on your list in the order you set until the shift is covered, and lets the client know. The same pattern covers call-offs, chasing missing documents and confirming tomorrow’s shifts.

Which plan includes Operations?

Operations is included in Scale and set up with our team. It is not part of Free, Starter or Growth. On Enterprise it is agreed as part of the contract.

How does setup work?

It starts with a conversation, never a sign-up form. Tell us which calls come in, what should happen after each one and who she should call. We then set up her numbers, your lists and your rules with you on a call, around how your team already works.

Does Cora decide who gets the shift?

No. She works your list in the order you set and follows the rules you agree with us. Who is right for a shift or a placement stays your team’s decision; she never makes the hiring call.

Will people know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Cora says she is an AI assistant at the start of every call, whether she is answering or calling out.

What if someone does not want to be called?

She stops. If someone asks not to be called again, she ends the call and does not call them again.

Which systems does it work with?

We work that out with you on the setup call. Tell us where your schedule, your people and your paperwork live, and we agree with you how Cora gets the list she calls and where she reports back. We would rather see your setup than promise a connector before we have.

Can I read what she said?

Yes. Every call is transcribed, so you can read exactly what was said on each one.

Who is it for?

Staffing is where it started: open shifts, call-offs, missing documents and tomorrow’s confirmations. It fits anywhere one incoming call turns into ten outgoing ones, such as field crews, clinics and property teams.
