The Customer Didn't Leave.Their Card Expired.

Most lost revenue isn't churn — it's admin. A card expires. An invoice slips behind three others. Then a tool sends four emails into a promotions folder and calls it a process. Nobody picks up the phone, because nobody has time to.

Connect It Monday. Money Back by Friday.

No rebuild, no migration, no six-week onboarding. Cora reads what's outstanding, calls the people who owe it, and writes the outcome back into the system you already use.

On it. 47 accounts, $38,400 outstanding. I'll call during business hours and text a secure payment link they pay after the call.

Recovery Agent — calling 47 accounts

/ How it works

Three Minutes to Set Up. Every Call Handled.

[STEP 01]

Connect Stripe & Your CRM

Stripe tells Cora what’s owed. Your CRM tells her who to ring. That is the entire setup — about three minutes, no engineer, no spreadsheet to maintain.

[STEP 02]

Cora Makes the Calls

A real conversation, not a robocall. She explains what happened, answers questions, handles the awkward part, and texts a secure payment link they pay right after the call.

[STEP 03]

You Get Paid

Payments land in your existing system. Every call transcribed, every outcome logged, every promise-to-pay followed up without you asking.

One Cora, two jobs. Money Recovery gets you paid. Outreach wins new business. You never chase anyone again.

/ Why Cora

Not a Robocall. A Conversation That Collects.

Says She’s AI, Every Time

Disclosed at the start of every call — as the EU AI Act requires, and as an honest conversation should. It builds more trust than it costs.

You Stay in Control

Approve what goes out, set call windows and limits, read every transcript. Anyone who asks not to be called again never is.

Built for an Awkward Call

Asking for money is the conversation people avoid. Cora doesn’t avoid it, doesn’t get flustered, and never loses patience on the fortieth call.

Never Touches a Card Number

Cora sends a secure link to your own payment provider. The sensitive part stays where it belongs, and your PCI scope doesn’t move.

/ Always true, not editable

What Cora will not do.

These are not settings. They are written into the script Cora reads on every call and cannot be edited out — not by you, and not by us.

/ Never takes card details

She never asks for a card number, IBAN or CVC — payment is by your own link.

/ Never threatens

She never threatens: no collections agency, no lawyers, no consequences.

/ Stops when asked

She ends the call politely if they dispute the invoice, say they already paid, or ask not to be called again.

/ And one thing she always does

She says she is an AI, unprompted, on every call.

/ Pricing

Priced as Software. Not as a Cut of Your Money.

Collections agencies take 20–35% of everything they recover. We don’t.

One allowance across both products — 500 people on Growth, however you split them between chasing what you're owed and calling new leads. Not 500 of each. Outreach is included from Growth and switched on with a short setup call — it needs an ICP, a list and a pitch, and the first conversations are only good if those are right. Operations is included in Scale and set up with our team.

Plugs Into What Your Company Already Runs On.

/ Our Mission

Bridging the Gap Between the Industrial Age and the Digital Age.

Most businesses still run on calls nobody has time to make. Payments go uncollected, invoices go unchased, customers go unreached — not because anyone decided that, but because there are only so many hours. We think AI should take the repetitive, uncomfortable, endlessly-deferred work, so people can do the part that actually needs a human. Cora isn’t replacing your team. It’s giving them back their week.

/ FAQ

Questions We Hear.

How much will Cora actually recover?

It depends on your book, and anyone quoting you a guaranteed number is guessing. What we can say is that the accounts Cora works are ones most businesses never call at all — a failed card, an invoice three weeks past due — so the comparison is usually against zero, not against your current process. The calculator on this page lets you model it with your own account count, average balance and an assumed recovery rate. Treat the output as an estimate, not a forecast.
