/ AI Recruiting Agent for Headhunters

Cora calls every applicant until they connect.

Cora is the outbound voice layer your desk is missing. She calls a fresh applicant within about 60 seconds, pre-screens against the criteria you set, and chases the ones who go quiet by call, email, and text until they connect. She books the qualified ones onto your real calendar. You keep the relationship, the judgment, and the close.

Hear it yourself. Cora calls you in seconds.

Enter your number and Cora rings you with a short example call, the same way she would call and pre-screen one of your fresh applicants.

/ The math

What slow follow-up is quietly costing you.

When someone applies, the recruiter who calls first usually gets the conversation, and eventually the placement. Move the sliders to your numbers and see the fees that slip away while an applicant waits to hear back.

How this is calculated

  • We assume an applicant-to-placement rate that rises as time-to-first-contact shrinks. Illustrative rates: within minutes 6%, a few hours 4%, next day or later 2.5%. Kept low on purpose, because a placement is many steps past the first call: screen, submit, interview, offer, then accept.
  • Cora calls new applicants within ~60s and keeps following up by call, email, and text until they connect; we model her at 7.5%, only modestly above the human "within minutes" rate, so this reads as directional, not a promise.
  • Placements won = applicants x rate. Revenue gap = (Cora's placements minus your placements) x average placement fee. We never count below zero. The placement fee is an adjustable, illustrative agency fee, anchored on the roughly 15 to 25% of first-year salary range, not a quote.
  • Direction of the effect (faster contact wins more) is consistent with public speed-to-lead research (the MIT / InsideSales lead-response study, and Harvard Business Review, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads," 2011, which found firms took about 42 hours on average to respond to inbound leads). The exact rates here are our own conservative placeholders, not measured results.

Directional estimate, adjust to your numbers. Not a guarantee of results.

Your applicants, called and screened for you.

Cora runs the outbound grind a busy desk never has time for: dialing every applicant fast, following up until they answer, and only booking the ones worth your time.

01

Point Cora at your candidates

Hand over your fresh applicants and passive candidates or a list, or let Cora work a list of hiring-company prospects you provide or that we build together for business development.

02

Cora calls and pre-screens

Cora dials each candidate outbound (a fresh applicant within about a minute), discloses up front that she is an AI assistant, runs the qualifying questions you set, and follows up by call, email, and text until they connect.

03

Booked and handed to you

Cora books the qualified candidate onto your real calendar or schedules a callback, confirms interviews and re-books no-shows, then hands you a structured record and the full transcript. You walk into the conversation already informed.

Built for how a recruiting desk actually runs.

First to reach the applicant

A new applicant applies to several roles at once, and the first recruiter to have a real conversation usually wins. Cora dials within about 60 seconds, every time, including after hours and weekends when no one is at the desk.

Out-persists the ghosting

You cannot stop candidates going dark, but you can out-persist it. Cora keeps following up by call, email, and text on a schedule a busy recruiter cannot keep, so the candidate who went quiet gets one more well-timed touch instead of falling through the cracks.

Screens and books, never decides

Cora runs your first-pass phone screen and books the qualified ones, but she never makes the hire or reject call. Every submittal and selection decision stays with your recruiter, so the human read on a candidate is always yours.

Every call captured

You get a structured record plus a full transcript of every call, so you can judge quality before you walk into the meeting and see exactly how Cora represented your brand.

Recruiting questions, answered.

Does Cora find candidates, or do I provide them?

Both. Cora works the fresh applicants and passive candidates you already have, from your ATS, job boards, or a list you upload, and she can work a list you provide or that we build together for client-side business development. Either way, she does the outbound calling. She does not answer incoming calls.

How fast does Cora call a new applicant?

Cora dials a fresh applicant within about 60 seconds of them landing, while their interest is highest and before other agencies get to them. Speed matters here: in the widely cited MIT/InsideSales.com study of over 15,000 leads, responding within 5 minutes rather than 30 made teams far more likely to reach and qualify a lead. That is a general speed-to-lead finding, not a Cora result, but it is exactly the gap she closes, all day and after hours.

What does Cora say on a recruiting call?

She introduces herself, discloses up front that she is an AI assistant calling on your behalf, then runs the qualifying questions you set, availability, salary expectations, location, work authorization, notice period, whatever your desk screens for. She gauges interest and books the qualified ones. You get a structured record plus a full transcript of every call.

Does Cora book interviews, or just leave notes?

Cora books the qualified candidate onto your real calendar (Cal.com) or schedules a callback right on the call, then hands you a structured record with everything captured. You set the qualification bar, and she only books when your criteria are met, so you walk into the conversation already informed instead of chasing phone numbers.

Can Cora confirm interviews and chase no-shows?

Yes. Cora can call to confirm attendance before an interview and follow up to re-book the candidates who do not show, so the day-before reminders and no-show recovery that get skipped when the desk is busy still happen. She works outbound, on your schedule, and you set what she says.

What happens if a candidate does not pick up?

Cora keeps at it. She retries at sensible local times and follows up by call, email, and text until the candidate connects, so the applicant who went quiet gets one more touch instead of slipping away the way they do when a busy recruiter means to call back and never does. Text tends to get read and answered fastest, so she works whichever channel gets a response.

Will Cora sound like a robot to my candidates?

No. Cora holds a natural, back-and-forth conversation and tells people up front that she is an AI assistant, so there is no bait-and-switch. Being upfront is the right thing to do, and candidates respond better when they are not tricked. The alternative most applicants get today is worse: no callback at all, or a voicemail two days later. Enter your own number above and let her call you, so you can hear exactly how she sounds.

Stop chasing candidates. Let Cora call them.
