How this is calculated

  • We assume a lead-to-booked-job rate that rises as callback time shrinks. Illustrative rates: within minutes 22%, a few hours 14%, next day or later 8%.
  • Cora calls inbound leads back within ~60s and keeps dialing until they connect; we model her at 27%, modestly above the human "within minutes" bucket.
  • Jobs won = leads x booking rate. Revenue gap = (Cora's jobs minus your jobs) x average job value. We never count below zero.
