## How it is priced

All prices in USD. One ladder of 5 tiers serves both
products, and the allowance is SHARED between them: 500 people on Growth means 500 however you split them between
recovery and outreach, not that many of each. Billing is monthly, or yearly with two
months free. **Growth is the recommended tier.**

**The unit is a person.** A person counts once a month, however many times Cora calls or emails them. On Money Recovery that is a customer with an overdue account; on Outreach, a lead.

Free is a one-off trial allowance of 20 people — it does not refill.

It includes everything Scale does for Money Recovery and Outreach, plus unlimited people with volume pricing, higher call concurrency and custom rate limits, custom integrations, a security review, and a named customer success manager with a dedicated Slack channel plus guided onboarding and implementation. ## Buying it

- Money Recovery — starts immediately. Outreach — included, activated on a 15-minute setup call.
- Money Recovery self-serves up to Growth. Outreach is never bought
  without a setup call — it needs an ICP, a sourced list and a pitch, and the
  first conversations are only good if those are right.
